Information for stockists

Useful resources for Earthborn stockists are available in our password protected area. The materials available include advertising layouts, logos, lifestyle photographs and product images.

Earthborn has usage rights to the images but there are some restrictions as to how they can be used.  So here's the small print. If you want to use any of the images for other purposes then give us a call to discuss it.  You'll need to tick the 'I agree' box to continue.

1. The images may only be used by Earthborn stockists for the purpose of promoting Earthborn products.
2. The copyright to these images are owned by various people so do abide by this Agreement or you'll cause us problems!
   
3. Feel free to use these images on your website or for local PR. But don't use them for other purposes without discussing it with us first.
4. If you want to use them in 'paid for' advertisements give us a call first to as there may be restrictions. But we do have standard advertisement layouts that you can use and we would be happy to work with you to design something bespoke…just for you.
   
5. Don't modify any of the images, use them in a file sharing context or in applications intended specifically for mobile devices. Photographers and illustrators can rightly get very upset about this!
   
6. We're not passing on any ownership rights or copyright to you ….and so you can't either.
   
7. Images must be captioned: 'Image courtesy of Earthborn'.
   
8. The Earthborn logo, and the names Earthborn and Ecopro are registered trade names owned by Earthborn.
